1. Acceptance of Terms

4.1 Deposit Methods

swcv1 accepts deposits through various payment methods available to Philippine users, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and cryptocurrency options such as USDT and Bitcoin. Available payment methods may vary based on your account status, location, and verification level. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed on the deposit page.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your swcv1 account originate from legitimate sources and belong solely to you. 8. Account Suspension & Termination

Account suspension may be temporary (pending investigation) or permanent, at our sole discretion.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will not be able to login, place bets, or request withdrawals until the investigation is resolved. If the investigation concludes that you violated these Terms, your account may be permanently closed and funds forfeited. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, your account will be reinstated and funds made available.

8.2 Self-Exclusion & Account Closure

You may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from swcv1 at any time by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and prevent you from accessing your account, depositing, or gambling for the specified period. Permanent self-exclusion (account closure) is irreversible and results in permanent loss of access to your account.

8.3 Funds Upon Termination
